Holy Gatsby we're excited!

I don't know about you, but we are very excited about the upcoming Great Gatsby movie and we are EVEN more excited about the fashions it will inspire. Feathers, lace, beading galore! If that is not quite your style there are easy ways to incorporate simple pieces to make you just a little Gatsby-ish.

1. Don't shy away from geometric prints, they can be fun and super flattering.
2. With just hints of bead work you can feel ultra glam without it weighing you down. And who doesn't want to sparkle a little?
3. Lace, lace lace. We love a good lace dress. It will bring out the romantic in you (and maybe some lucky guy or gal).
4. Pale colors can be your friend. Don't be afraid it will not complement your skin tone, give it a try you might be surprised!
5. Everyone needs a good feather piece for summer (or ten). Feather hair piece, necklace or earrings can enhance any simple outfit. You'll thank me later.
